Mid-South Carpenters Regional Council’s obligation to organize is taken very seriously.  If we are not moving forward we are moving backwards. By increasing market share we are leveling the field for our partnering contractors, increasing work opportunities for our members, and growing our brotherhood. Also, we have never forgotten our obligation to the unrepresented workers who put their boots on and go to work every day without the hope of decent wages or healthcare and pension benefits. 

MSCRC Organizing Department promotes our highly skilled and trained members to contractors through out our council. We also introduce our state of the art training as a way a contractor can increase the skill and productivity of their current workforce. Our very successful on the job trainer program is one example of our willingness to work hand and hand with our partnering contractors to raise the skill and productivity on their jobsites.
